just a comment....you do know that if your allegations are not true, and the person in question reads this...you'll be in trouble for defamation. You can take her to court, get all your documentation proving she did you wrong and sue her. I hope you're in the US, we have laws that protect us in case like this, there are a lot of people selling stuff on eBay from other countries who just are plain scams.

have you notified ebay about the seller?

did you leave NEGATIVE feedback?

why would you trust a seller with 40 feedback and a 97.6% rating with such a large amount of money?
