How will you, or how can you promote tourism in the Philippines?

Is it worth your while to promote our country, like the following destinations:

Promoting our Tourism is an effort everybody must do.

The media instead of showcasing murders left and right should minimize police reports on tv and show at least the better side of the country. I don't have anything against showing the truth, but come to think of it, that is as if saying, this country is so perilous!

Another is, being proud as Filipino wherever one go..asking relatives or foreigner friends to visit the Philippines, less all the opportunistic attitude many of our kababayans show.

Be kind, polite, courteous and helpful to foreigners around. If they see that we are accomodating, chances are they will tell others about it.

Talk something nice about the country whenever we talk to other nationalities.

I promote the country by telling people I meet or know how great of a place it is. And also by telling people here on Y Answers about the place if they ask.
