If it doesn't then somebody is spending a lot of money on nothing.
Aurora do exist for real, but some thinks that he runs into production problems its why the SR-71 would have been reinstate into services.

Also, they have the Black Manta, that also would cost a fortune. Its essentially a down size of the B-2 version, but has different ''abilities'' than conventional airplanes.
Dont know for sure but besides the missing money, project Auroroa also showed up on a budget request as a mistake one time a few years back. To fix that mistake the government moved with efficiency. Also above Nellis and a few other airbases strange contrails have been spotted now and again which according to some engineers and and aviation enthusiasts can only be the contrails of a ram jet which the Auroroa is said to have.
