If I go to a hospital in one county and then go to one in another with the same name....?

do they have all of my information on file or is it different in every county? It's Aurora in Brown County and Aurora in Manitowoc County in Wisconsin.

If the hospitals are not affiliated with each other, then no.

Some hospital systems can have multiple facilities in several counties. In that case, yes, your information might be accessible from each of those facilities, if they have an integrated computer system.

It really just depends. You would have to ask to find out.

Here in Atlanta, Tenet healthcare has several hospitals in as many different counties. I don't know if records are accessible from one hospital to the next. They might be. Then again, they might not.
