Fire Blitz, Flame Wheel, should be replaced with something much stronger and that has a higher hit rate! Like for Flame Wheel can be replaced with flamethrower. It has a 95 attack power and has a 100% chance hit rate!
Mewtwo - A decent mewtwo. I would personally replace thunder for thunderbolt, since thunder misses way to much. Otherwise, i think he's fine. Good work!
