Is this a reasonable, exciting 14 day itinerary for my Costa Rica trip?

My girlfriend and I are flying into Costa Rica on March for 15 days. Would the following be a good itinerary? ANY suggestions you have to make this better is much appreciated!

Sounds like a great trip. Well planned out. Most of the hotels I am not familiar with. Definitly do the Tabacon Hot Springs...so worth it!!!
