Duh it's good for gaming stop bragging but yeah if you can afford it that's great. But what I recommend is that since you have the cash you should wait till the end of the month when intel releases their new conroe-based Core processors (the next generation man! no more pentium 4!), which already are benchmarked and blowing amd out of the water and i'm positive you'll be able to find a conroe-equipped one on alienware when they're released
