Hi guys. has anyone ever hired 1-800 cab? does it work? please do tell?

i am planning on going to chicago( NAVY PIER) from north Aurora's hotel..

( if car;i hour ride) with my close friend who's coming from UK in sept.

i know its gana cost alot for the cab fare..see but the thing is i hate finding direction ( and especially if its gana be highway at night!)

therefore guys, im considering a cab.. .

and thats why i wanna know if this 1-800 cab thing is scam.because u jus pay online and they pick you and drop wherever u want...

IM VERY SKEPTICAL .
